Interior Demo & Space Planning
This buildout combined functional needs from two unique organizations: Volunteers of America and NAPA Auto. We started by demolishing outdated partitions and infrastructure to allow for a flexible reconfiguration. Working alongside both teams, we developed a layout that could support retail operations, administrative needs, and transitional programming—all within a cohesive and durable environment.
Construction & Buildout
With the layout finalized, we moved into construction, installing walls, commercial-grade flooring, upgraded mechanical systems, and energy-efficient lighting. Custom millwork and retail display zones were tailored for NAPA’s brand standards, while office and training spaces were finished for VOA staff and clients. The final product delivered a professional, versatile environment ready for daily operations across both service lines.
