A flexible layout for two organizations
We started by demolishing outdated partitions and infrastructure to allow for a flexible reconfiguration. Working alongside both teams, we developed a layout that supports retail operations, administrative needs, and transitional programming.
CONSTRUCTION BUILDOUT
Finished for daily operations across both service lines
With the layout finalized, we installed walls, commercial-grade flooring, upgraded mechanical systems, and energy-efficient lighting. Custom millwork and retail display zones were tailored to NAPA’s brand standards, while office and training spaces were finished for VOA staff and clients.
