Starting on a solid foundation
Quatro Consulting serves as the Owner’s Representative and construction manager from the outset, providing comprehensive pre-construction support. Our team worked closely with the board of directors and executive leadership to assess feasibility, develop accurate budgets, and align design intent with long-term goals.
CONSTRUCTION
Managing the build day to day
The project is currently in the construction phase, with Quatro actively managing day-to-day operations on site. Our team is working closely with contractors and design professionals to ensure the build progresses smoothly, safely, and according to plan.
INTERIOR
Bringing the space to life
Once the building shell is complete, the focus shifts to interior build-out and finishing details. Contractors are preparing to install key systems, materials, and architectural elements that will bring the space to life.
